We do not accept returns or exchanges on blinds, except in cases where the item received is not as described or incorrect.

If you receive the wrong item or a product that does not match the description:

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item received

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return or refund.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
